Join DCP Expeditions for a specially curated Weekend Wildlife Macro Photo Walk at the breathtaking Sunder Nursery, New Delhi, on Sunday, 22nd February 2026.
This two-hour guided nature photography walk is designed for photographers who wish to explore the delicate world of insects, textures, patterns, light, and small wildlife hidden within one of Delhi’s most beautiful heritage biodiversity parks.
From dew-covered leaves and butterflies warming in early sunlight to spiders, flowers, reptiles, and subtle forest details, this walk offers endless creative opportunities.
Led by Aneesh (Lead Mentor) and supported by Shampa and Anupama, participants will receive real-time, hands-on guidance on macro techniques, composition, depth control, and storytelling through small subjects.
Adding to the experience, OM System will be bringing their cameras and lenses for participants to try and use during the walk, offering a wonderful opportunity to explore new gear in real field conditions.

The Sunder Nursery Weekend Wildlife Macro Photo Walk is a perfect blend of biodiversity, heritage, and photography learning. Spread across beautifully restored Mughal gardens and rich green habitats, Sunder Nursery hosts an incredible variety of butterflies, dragonflies, bees, spiders, flowers, reptiles, and micro-fauna.

Aneesh Bhasin is an Electronics Engineer by profession, but wildlife photography is where he has found his passion. He loves being outdoors, especially the mountains, and enjoys all that the Mother Nature has bestowed us with. He is a skilled wildlife photographer and loves experimenting with Macro Photography techniques. His love for this genre is mainly because of the immense biodiversity that often hides from our plain sight. He says “all you need is to get down to earth! He constantly experiments sharpening his own skills whenever he is in the field. He is a good trainer and motivates all around him to learn wildlife photography from a different perspective. Through his camera, he likes to explore, document and spread awareness about wildlife found within the cities which often goes unnoticed by the common man. He is associated with us as Mentor - Team DCP Delhi.

Shampa Chatterjee, an Advocate by profession was born and brought up in Kolkata. She is a self-taught photographer, her uncle (who is a passionate photographer) inspired her to begin the journey in this creative field. Shampa says "photography is more than a passion to me, which is an art of observation, it is all about about finding something extraordinary in an ordinary place". Other than photography, she loves exploring new places and reading books . She has shifted to Delhi in 2013 and enthusiastically joined DCP Group at Delhi Walk Festival, thus her journey with the group began. She is a Macro Photography lover and loves to see the interesting expressions of those tiny subjects. She is associated with the group as Group Leader - Team DCP Delhi.

Living by the mantra "Never say never," Anupama Simon Choudhary is now dedicating her full time attention to her passion for photography following a successful 24-year career in the travel and hospitality industry.Her desire to learn about India's rich culture of diversity and history inspired her to take a vocational course in Travel and Tourism after graduating with a degree in commerce. She enjoys capturing expressions of life in her images, and the intricacies of our culture and heritage are portrayed via her work behind the camera.Anupama is involved with DCP as a Mentor - Team DCP Delhi.
